What is mortgage planning?

A Mortgage is often the largest financial investment individuals and families ever make. Yet, most people have never been taught about the various Mortgage options that exist and how and how their home loan can, and should, mesh with their overall financial goals. Mortgage planning is the process of incorporating mortgage decisions with a Borrower’s short and long-term financial objectives.

During the planning process we talk about your mortgage options and what works best for YOU for where you are at now in your life, and were you plan to be in the future. Our team strategizes with you on every level including loan programs, down payment, down payment assistance and grants, Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) , Escrow, Agent and Insurance Partners and much more. We also talk about how a Mortgage can be used as a financial instrument instead of just a scary large debt. We assist clients with credit optimization, real estate portfolio planning and debt reduction.
