Joel Harward, Executive Regional Manager, gathered his Salt Lake region leadership team in Las Vegas on February 3rd for a Leadership Summit. Madeline McNeely, a leadership coaching expert, led the group through various exercises encompassing three main dimensions of success; Process, Results & Relationships.

Aaron Chapman, who consistently leads in unit and volume sales, discussed his secrets to success. And Joel Harward discussed ways to better coach and support mortgage professional team members. He also challenged each person to focus on at least one thing they could work on to improve throughout 2020.

A full day of meetings in the fabulous Aria Casino & Resort were capped off with an amazing tapas dining experience at Julian Serrano’s restaurant at the end of the day.
