Personal SNMC Websites

What to do as a new loan officer:

Available customizations to your website profile include: a professional headshot, custom bio (less than 750 characters), social media links, additional languages and service areas.  You can request these customizations by sending an email to your marketing coordinator to begin customizing your new SNMC website. Don’t know who your marketing coordinator is, find out below.

What Marketing will do:

We will setup your website profile once and notify you when it is completed by sending your website link. Your marketing coordinator will help you with adding customizations to your website at your request.

When will this be done?

Your website will be created within 24-48 hours once your license is approved.

Google Business Profiles (Formerly Google My Business)

Our team will create a Google Business Profile for you and connect it directly with your SNMC website, allowing you to display 5-star reviews and increase your relevance in local Google searches. Already have a Google Business profile from a previous company? No problem. Contact us and we will get it connected to your SNMC website so it can start working for you.

What to do as a new loan officer:

If you have an existing Google Business Profile:
Contact your marketing coordinator or add marketing@snmc.com as a shared owner on the business profile. We will need shared ownership access to your profile in order to connect it to your website. Once fully connected, we can display Google reviews on your website and help increase your Google search presence in your local area. Not sure how to add a new user, follow these instructions.

If you don’t have an existing Google Business Profile:

Marketing will create one for you when your website profile is created. If you would like to own or manage your Google Business Profile, request access by contacting your marketing coordinator.

What Marketing will do:

Once your website profile is created, we will also create a Goog;e Business profile for you, or request access to an already existing Google Business profile.

When will this be done?

Once your license is approved and your website is created. Connecting to your Google Business Profile can take up to 48 hours.

Surefire CRM

What to do as a new loan officer:

Login to your Surefire account daily to add or update contact data manually, set a weekly email to single contact or group at least once per week, check for duplicate contacts or call or text your realtor partners about new product or events, etc. 

What Marketing will do:

Add your Contacts, produce new content for deployment via email, text or social, deploy on your behalf, work with your regional marketing coordinator on regional workflow/campaigns as needed, answer technical or strategic questions to help you get the most out of your Surefire CRM. 

When will this be done?

Once your license is approved and your website is created. Connecting to your Google Business Profile can take up to 48 hours.

SNapp App (Simple Nexus)

Give your clients the latest in lending technology with our SNapp Home app. Your clients can get prequalified, search for a home, calculate loan scenarios and complete the mortgage process all in the palm of their hand.

What to do as a new loan officer:

You don’t need to do anything! Your SNapp account and application link will be setup for you! Once your account is created, you will want to verify your information is accurate. Contact help@snmc.com if there are any issues.

Once your SNapp App is setup, you can request adding Partners by completing the form on https://snmc.com/partnerplatform/.

What Marketing will do:

Our User Admin team will setup your account and send a welcome email when the account is active. They will ensure your license and all NMLS information is added so your app is ready to go!

When will this be done?

Once your license is approved, your SNapp App will be setup. It can take up to 4 business hours before your SNapp account is active.

Commmonly asked questions from our loan officers.

Can marketing help me setup a Facebook Business page?

Yes. We can create a new FB Business page for you or help you rebrand and make compliant your existing FB Business page. Contact your marketing coordinator to request help with Facebook Business pages.

Does marketing publish content to my Facebook page and social profiles?

Marketing does not publish content directly for you. However, we do have already approved, compliant ready social media content available on our Marketing Library.

What if I have an existing Google Business Profile from a previous company? Can I continue using it with SecurityNational Mortgage?

Yes. You can continue using your GBP as a Loan Officer with SNMC. You will need to add marketing@snmc.com as an “Owner” on the profile. This will allow us to fully connect your profile with your website and ensure accuracy and compliance. You can remain “Primary Owner” of the profile.

How do I get reviews from my clients?
We solicit reviews from all clients through our Surefire CRM post-close surveys. 24 hours after a loan closes, the borrower will receive an email from the loan officer requesting a positive review on Google. By default, ALL positive reviews will be directed to the loan officer’s branch location profile on Google. If a loan officer would like to collect positive reviews on their personal Google Business Profile, they will need to receive approval from their regional manager. Once approved, marketing will make that adjustment to their post-close surveys.
How can I display my positive Google reviews on my SNMC website?

Our LO websites are fully integrated with Google Business Profiles. If you want your reviews displayed on your website, you will need to provide Marketing shared ownership access to your profile by adding marketing@snmc.com as an “owner” on the profile. Once fully connected, your reviews will be displayed on your website. Here is how you can add a user to your profile.

What customizations are available on my personal SNMC website?

You can add a professional headshot, custom bio/description (must be less than 750 characters), social media links, additional languages spoken and a list of service areas. Contact your marketing coordinator to request these customizations.

I just started at SNMC. When will I get access to Surefire?

Once you are licensed, our team will activate your account at which point you will receive your access and login credentials by email to your Outlook email.  

What automation does SNMC provide?

SNMC uses automated milestones triggered to go out on your behalf to your borrower during both purchase and refinance. Additionally, you can subscribe to the Weekly Markets in a Minute to send mortgage industry focused content to your realtor partners. Once you subscribe and choose your audience, content will be automatically deployed every week. 

Every month, the corporate marketing team, will deploy content on your behalf from our Monthly Marketing Plan to Prospect, Past funded Clients and Realtors/Referral partners. All you have to do is keep adding contacts and they will be included. 

Can I send my own emails in Surefire?

Yes! You can easily deploy to a single contact or specific audience. You can also create more focused audiences based off available contact data. We keep our Monthly marketing plan deployments low to give you freedom to send the content that best meets your business focus AND our content has met compliance standards. 

Every month, the corporate marketing team, will deploy content on your behalf from our Monthly Marketing Plan to Prospect, Past funded Clients and Realtors/Referral partners. All you have to do is keep adding contacts and they will be included. 

How do I know what emails are going out on my behalf?

Marketing sends a schedule every month to LOs and Regional Managers to view what content is being sent and to the bucket/audience of intent. If you are not receiving this, reach out to your Regional Marketing Coordinator 

You can also add yourself as a test contact in each of the three main contact type buckets. See your Regional Marketing Coordinator with questions. 

How do I get my contacts added to Surefire to begin marketing?

Use our upload templates to paste your contacts relevant data to and send to your Regional Marketing Coordinator to be processed or for further questions.

How do I order my business cards?

You can order your business cards from our SNMC Store. Make sure to apply your coupon code to redeem your credit when making your initial order.
