Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, the entire mortgage servicing industry is experiencing significantly increased call volumes. We are paying close attention to the potential impact to borrowers and the triggers for leveraging relief measures typically available in times of natural disaster, as well as any additional supports that may be offered through the government. Additionally, we are monitoring the situation and evaluating the best way to proceed in order to protect our clients, our employees, and the communities in which we serve.

Taking steps to minimize the impact of Covid-19
