To Opt-Out of the Sharing of Your Personal Information in accordance to SNMC’s Privacy Policy, please complete the form below and click the “Submit” button, or call 844-542-5626, Option 5.
To ensure we identify you and honor your opt-out request, we require you to provide your Name, Street Address, City, State, ZIP Code and Phone Number. If you have received a letter, email, or similar from SecurityNational Mortgage Company that contains the loan number, please include that number as well. Also consider providing your email address as that can also assist in your proper identification.
